Jay R. Feuerstein - Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer
Jay  R. Feuerstein Jay R. Feuerstein is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of 2100 Xenon. He is responsible for managing the futures portfolio and directing futures research. The principals of Xenon Capital Management joined 2100 Xenon (formerly 2100 Capital Group) in July 2007. Prior to founding Xenon Capital Management in 2001, he was a Managing Director and Principal at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. Prior to Bear Stearns, he served as Senior Vice President for Paine Webber Kidder Peabody and Director of Global Futures Sales and Marketing for Fixed Income, Kidder Peabody. Mr. Feuerstein has published works in The Journal of Futures Markets, Corporate Finance Review, The Family Office Exchange and the MFA Reporter. In addition, he is a frequent industry speaker at events sponsored by such institutions as The Chicago Board of Trade and The University of Chicago. Mr. Feuerstein earned his MBA in finance from the University of Chicago in 1980, and his B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana in 1977. He has 28 years of industry experience.

Steven D. Schnur - Director of Trading
Steven D. Schnur Steven D. Schnur is the Director of Trading for 2100 Xenon. He is responsible for oversight and implementation of futures trading processes and policies, including execution, compliance, recordkeeping and reporting. Prior to founding Xenon Capital Management in 2001, he was a Vice President in the Financial Futures Sales and Trading Department of Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. Before joining Bear Stearns, he was affiliated with Hammer Trading at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange as an independent market maker in futures and options. Mr. Schnur received his B.A. in Statistics from the University of Chicago. He has 15 years of financial services and investment experience.

Malcolm Lambe - Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Malcolm Lambe Malcolm Lambe is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for 2100 Xenon. He is responsible for all operational matters for the firm as well as legal and regulatory compliance. Malcolm is also responsible for accounting, financial reporting, banking and treasury management, and information technology. Mr. Lambe is a Certified Public Accountant and a Licensed Attorney. Prior to joining 2100 Xenon Group, Malcolm was the Chief Financial Officer for Brandywine Senior Living, an owner and operator of a portfolio of seniors housing facilities along the mid-Atlantic seaboard. Prior to that, Mr. Lambe was the Chief Financial Officer for Senior Lifestyle Corporation (SLC), an owner and operator of a national portfolio of seniors housing facilities. Prior to working at SLC, Malcolm worked at Xenon Capital Management. Before working at 2100 Xenon, Malcolm spent almost 12 years at Heller Financial, Inc. as a Senior Vice President, Business Development and Senior Group Finance Officer for Heller International Group. Mr. Lambe also practiced law as an Associate Attorney with Baker & McKenzie and was in public accounting as a Manager with Price Waterhouse. Malcolm has a Juris Doctor from DePaul College of Law and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Jeffrey P. Bolduc - Senior Quantitative Analyst
Jeffrey P. Bolduc Jeffrey P. Bolduc is the Senior Quantitative Analyst for 2100 Xenon. Mr. Bolduc is responsible for developing and maintaining the risk platforms at 2100 Xenon as well as researching future investment processes and portfolio management techniques. Prior to joining 2100 Xenon in August 2008, Mr. Bolduc worked as a quantitative analyst where he managed the multiple risk platforms for a multi-strategy hedge fund, as well as the factor based risk platform for another Old Mutual affiliate, Larch Lane Advisors. Mr. Bolduc also worked as an analyst at CRA International providing the Metals and Chemical and Petroleum practices with market, industry and company level research. Mr. Bolduc is a CFA charter holder and earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Bates College.

Michelle Sweda Ewart - Director of Marketing and Investor Relations
Michelle Sweda Ewart Michelle Sweda Ewart is Head of Investor Relations. Prior to joining 2100 Xenon in November 2008, Michelle was a Director for UBS Securities, LLC where she worked in the Capital Introduction group. Prior to that, Michelle was an analyst at Mesirow Advanced Strategies, a fund of hedge funds, where she sourced and monitored hedge fund investments. Michelle also worked as a consultant for Peterson Consulting in the valuation and claims practice area. Michelle received a bachelor's degree in Finance and in Accounting from Miami University.

Alexander G. Reed - Quantitative Analyst
Alexander  G. Reed Alexander Reed is a quantitative analyst with 2100 Xenon. Mr. Reed is responsible for maintaining trading systems and developing research at Xenon. Prior to joining Xenon, Mr. Reed was an intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and an editorial assistant at the Journal of Political Economy. Mr. Reed received his BA in economics from the University of Chicago.

Nicole Passaglia - Marketing and Investor Relations Associate
Nicole  Passaglia Nicole Passaglia is in Investor Relations with 2100 Xenon. Prior to joining 2100 Xenon in January 2009, Nicole was a regional consultant in the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, Nicole worked as a portfolio specialist for Calamos Investments, where she communicated the firm's investment process and strategies to institutional clients. Nicole received a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Illinois, and is currently pursing her MBA at the Kellogg School of Management.

Sean J. Hanley - Trading Assistant
Sean  J. Hanley Sean Hanley is a trading assistant with 2100 Xenon. Mr. Hanley is responsible for trade execution and quality control pertaining to Xenon’s daily portfolio. Prior to joining Xenon, Mr. Hanley was a Fixed Income Trader with Gambit Trading LLC. Mr. Hanley also has trading experience in currency and equity markets. Mr. Hanley received his BA in economics from the University of Chicago.
